Officials who require a visa to Mongolia are kindly requested to initiate all relevant procedures as soon as possible.

Visas can be obtained from embassies and consular missions of Mongolia located overseas. All participants must be holders of a valid passport or a proper travel document.
 
Visa Options:

• Visas: A visa is required for most countries and can be easily obtained at any Mongolian embassy, consulate, consulate-general or honorary consul abroad.
• Visa on arrival: If you are travelling to Mongolia from a country that has no Mongolian consulate, you can pick up a visa on arrival at the airport in Ulaanbaatar. You’ll need 108,000 tugrik (or US dollar equivalent) and two passport photos – you should also have an invitation from the host organization in Mongolia.
• If you are a national of one of the following countries and have any type of passport (ordinary, official, diplomatic), you are exempted from visa to enter Mongolia: Belarus, Brazil, Canada, Cuba, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lao, Macau SAR, Malaysia, the Philippines, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine /with official invitation/, and the USA. http://consul.mn/02visae.php
• If you are a national of one of the following countries and have diplomatic or official passport, you are exempted from visa to enter Mongolia: Brunei, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Colombia, Chile, China, Cyprus, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Kuwait, Latvia, Mexico, Myanmar, Peru, Poland, Republic of Korea, Romania, Slovak, Turkmenistan and Vietnam
• If you are a national of one of the following countries and have diplomatic passport, you are exempted from visa to enter Mongolia: Czech Republic, Estonia (with biometric diplomatic passport), France, Italy and Great Britain

IMPORTANT: Please bear in mind that for citizens of some countries, it takes up to 4 weeks to be issued a Mongolian visa. Therefore, we strongly suggest you to apply for a visa as soon as possible. For further information on visa issuance, please kindly contact the organizers
